Anthonia Ogundele is the founder and executive director of Ethọ́s Lab, a Vancouver nonprofit innovation academy that centres Black youth and helps young people build agency through STEAM, AI, digital media, and community-led learning. Her work asks what innovation can become when culture, belonging, and young people are treated as part of the infrastructure.
