Kaoru Yoshihira

Kaoru Yoshihira is Head of Partner Development at BytePlus, ByteDance's enterprise AI and cloud platform. Based in Tokyo, he has spent more than 20 years building global technology businesses, including leading partner operations for Google across Japan and APAC. Today he works where models like Seedance and Seedream collide with the real world: partners, creators, production workflows, token economics and scale. That work brought him from Tokyo to Vancouver's BC + AI community, where he found a room full of filmmakers, technologists and creative weirdos already getting their hands dirty with the future.
