Kat Koppett founded Koppett and the Human Interaction Initiative. She uses improv and storytelling to keep people sharp with each other, and she wrote the book on it. Friday after lunch she gets the room back on its feet.

About Kat Koppett
Kat Koppett is the founder of Koppett, a consultancy specializing in the use of improv and storytelling techniques to enhance individual and group performance, and the founder of the Human Interaction Initiative. She is the author of Training to Imagine: Practical Improvisational Theatre Techniques to Enhance Creativity, Teamwork, Leadership and Learning, and the co-author of The Facilitation Advantage with Therese Miclot. Her clients include Meta, Apple, Prezi, PwC, NASA, Global Giving, and the UN Development Fund. She is the co-director and a performing member of the Mopco Improv Theatre. TheatreWeek Magazine named her one of the year's Unsung Heroes for creating the completely improvised musical format Spontaneous Broadway, and in 2019 she received the Capital Region Chamber's Women @ Work Women of Excellence and NASAGA's Ifill-Raynolds Lifetime Achievement Awards.
