About Misagh Azimi

Misagh Azimi is an interdisciplinary artist and AI researcher, currently completing his PhD in Creative AI. His compositions and performances have been presented on stages in Germany, Australia, and New Zealand. His research examines authorship and labor in AI-mediated practice, and the development of ethical, artist-centered technologies for music. He is the creator of Fragmenta, an open-source, locally run AI tool that helps turn generative AI into a playable instrument.
