A Senior Community Strategist at Electronic Arts, he has led global communities and built community and influencer programs across major franchises at 2K Games (NBA 2K, WWE 2K, LEGO 2K Drive) and EA SPORTS (FIFA/EA SPORTS FC). That meant creator networks, Discord communities, player and design councils, and live-service feedback loops reaching millions of players worldwide.
His Community Intelligence work asks organizations to stop treating people as audiences to manage and start building communities as living infrastructure for better products, decisions, and culture.
