Speaking at Futureproof Festival of AI, October 28 to 30, 2026 at the H.R. MacMillan Space Centre? Send us your slides and any video files by Wednesday, October 14. That gives our production team time to assemble the show and check playback before we get on stage.
What to send
Your slides and the actual video files.
- Your presentation in Canva, PowerPoint or Keynote. Send the source file, or access to the Canva presentation, so the team can assemble the show playback.
- Any video you want played, as a separate downloadable file, even if it is already embedded in your slides. A YouTube link or embed alone is not enough: playback must work without the network.
- Tell your speaker contact which videos belong with your talk and where they go in the slide sequence. If you have no slides or video, let them know that too.
Use the handoff route your speaker contact gave you. If you have not received one, ask where to send your files rather than posting them in a public form.

- Production checks every deck and video and flags anything that needs fixing.
