About

About Raj Parmar

Raj Parmar is an HR leader and business partner at Tucows, where she helps people teams support their workforce through the push to adopt AI. She works with leaders and employees to build AI literacy, aimed at disarming resistance and building confidence so people move toward the future instead of fearing it. She sees humans and AI working side by side: a bot will outwork us every day, but it can't out-human us. She helps people build the skills that can't be replaced, betting the future belongs to the humans who know when to say “wait, let’s check that.” In a room deciding how far to trust these tools, she argues for the pause.
