About Andrew Zolli
Andrew Zolli is Chief Impact Officer at Planet, which has deployed the largest constellation of Earth-observing satellites in history. Together, these satellites image the entire surface of the Earth, every day, in high resolution. He oversees Planet's sustainable development, humanitarian, ethics and human rights portfolio, where that imagery, analyzed with AI, goes to work on disaster response, food insecurity, conservation, and monitoring peace and conflict. With Ann Marie Healy he wrote Resilience: Why Things Bounce Back, published in more than a dozen countries. For more than a decade he was the curatorial force behind PopTech, a network of artists, scientists, technologists, and unconventional weirdos. He writes the year with five digits, 02026, a nod to the Long Now Foundation.
