About Prem Gill
Prem Gill is Senior Policy Fellow at OCAD University's Cultural Policy Hub. Her work spans more than twenty years across film, television, digital media, technology and cultural policy. As CEO of Creative BC, she supported British Columbia's film, television, music, interactive media and publishing industries. Earlier, as Director of Production and Original Programming at TELUS, she led the creation and launch of the TELUS Fund, TELUS STORYHIVE and Optik TV's community channel. She brings that experience of funding, production and public policy to the questions facing creative workers as AI enters their industries.
